Subscription Orders 

By purchasing an autoship order, you acknowledge that this is a recurring order and agree to accept all recurring charges until your subscription is cancelled. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the cancellation request must be received prior to the order’s scheduled processing date and time.

Subscription Renewal Terms

Once an autoship order created, we will automatically process your subscription renewal charges according to the frequency you selected upon signing up. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Courtesy reminders emails will be sent prior to the renewal date.

Subscription Refunds

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. If you wish to cancel, pause, or change the renewal date, the request must be received at least 24 hours before the renewal is scheduled to process.
