Official Rules – CURED $500 Ritual Kit Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
1. Sponsor
The CURED $500 Ritual Kit Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Cured Nutrition LLC, Castle Rock, Colorado ("Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and all locations outside the United States are not eligible.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") on November 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on November 13, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both methods have an equal chance of winning.
Purchase entry. Purchase Serenity Chocolate at curednutrition.com during the Giveaway Period. Each completed order that includes Serenity Chocolate receives one (1) entry. Orders without Serenity Chocolate do not receive an entry.
Free entry (no purchase necessary). Visit https://cured-nutrition.myklpages.com/l/RNp7f9 during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form with your name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day.
All entries must be submitted by the entrant personally. Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means, or by any method that subverts the entry process, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. If a dispute arises over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Ritual Kit, consisting of a Turkish cotton robe, engraved brass pen, non-toxic candles, palo santo, leather journal, handmade clay burner, and natural-fiber throw blanket. Approximate retail value ("ARV") per prize: $500. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,500.
No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or any component of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable. Prizes ship only to addresses within the eligible area. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Winners may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 17, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry. A potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and provide a shipping address and confirmation of eligibility. Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award prizes from eligible entries received before the action.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of a prize. Prizes are awarded as is, with no warranty from Sponsor other than any manufacturer's warranty.
8. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy at curednutrition.com. Entrants using the free entry form may receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Winners List
For the first names and state of residence of the winners, email Sponsor via the contact page at curednutrition.com within thirty (30) days after November 17, 2026.
