Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Autoship Orders
 
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, until paused or cancelled. By purchasing an autoship order, you acknowledge that this is a recurring order and agree to accept all recurring charges until your subscription is cancelled. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the cancellation request must be received prior to the order’s scheduled processing date and time. Courtesy reminders emails will be sent prior to the renewal date. Your order confirmation emails will also have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or contact our support team for account management or assistance. 

Refunds

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. If you wish to cancel, pause, or change the renewal date, the request must be received at least 24 hours before the renewal is scheduled to process. Once processed, renewal orders will not be subject return/refund policy.
