    Pleasantly surprised!

    I have to admit, i was skeptical about these…but when i use one before bed i sleep heavier and get a lot more REM and deep sleep! I’m still trying to figure out the best timing on taking them in my case, but they’ve proven to work great!

    Good but could be better

    These pills are not as good as some gummies I have had, need more CBN. Takes a little longer to go to sleep and I sleep a little less, about 6 hours. On days I don’t want gummies, they will work. Would love to find a pill with 20 to 25 mg CBN.

    Great way to try before committing to full size!

    This was an awesome way to try the Night Caps before committing to the full size pack. I did start with one to see how I would feel and I didn't notice a difference so I upped to 2 caps. For reference I am 5'8" and 130lbs female. 2 caps made me feel relaxed without feeling groggy. Definitely take 30-60min before you plan on actually going to bed to let it kick in.
