    Really relaxing and helped with my pain

    I really like how relaxing these feel and I can feel it almost immediately. They make me feel more calm and relaxed vs. sleepy.     The product really does help me relax after a long working day and sleep through the night. However, there is a pretty bitter aftertaste after the passionfruit flavor wears off - maybe I need to try a different flavor next time. Otherwise I do recommend this product.
